Crystal Hand Car Wash & Detailing provides professional vehicle cleaning and detailing services including:

All services are carried out by trained staff using professional products and equipment.

Booking & Appointments

Bookings may be made by phone, social media, or in person.
We recommend arriving on time for scheduled appointments.
Late arrivals may result in reduced service time or rescheduling.
We reserve the right to refuse service if a vehicle is deemed unsafe, excessively dirty, or contains hazardous materials.

Pricing & Payments

Prices may vary depending on vehicle size, condition, and requested services.
Additional charges may apply for excessive dirt, pet hair, stains, sand, mud, or biohazards.
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

Removing personal belongings, valuables, and fragile items from the vehicle before service.
Informing staff of any existing damage, paint issues, loose trims, or electrical concerns.
Ensuring child seats and personal accessories are removed if interior detailing is requested.

Crystal Hand Car Wash & Detailing is not responsible for loss or damage to personal items left inside the vehicle.

Vehicle Condition & Liability

While every care is taken, we are not liable for pre-existing damage, faulty paintwork, worn trims, or mechanical/electrical failures.
Older vehicles or vehicles with damaged paint may experience issues during cleaning or polishing that are beyond our control.
Steam cleaning and detailing services are performed carefully; however, we are not responsible for issues caused by pre-existing faults or sensitive materials.

Ceramic Coating Warranty

Our ceramic coating service includes a 5-year warranty subject to proper maintenance and aftercare.
Warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, improper washing methods, neglect, environmental contamination, or automatic car washes.
Customers must follow recommended maintenance instructions to maintain warranty coverage.

Satisfaction Guarantee

We aim to provide the highest quality service. If you are unsatisfied with any aspect of the service, please notify our team before leaving the premises so we can address the issue promptly.

Cancellation Policy

We appreciate at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may affect future bookings.

Promotions & Discounts

Discounts and promotions are subject to change without notice.
Senior discounts and complimentary offers cannot always be combined with other promotions unless stated otherwise.
